Q: I requested membership weeks ago, and have not received my notification of approval.
A: Notification approval emails are sometimes blocked by firewalls or routed to Junk email folders. Please try logging in to the Members area using your email address (user name) and the password you created at the time you registered for membership.
Q: I completed a training and I am not listed in the online Directory of Registered COS-P Facilitators.
A: As the Directory of COS-P Facilitators is public, and to protect your privacy, we do not add you to the map or listing. To create a directory listing, go to the "Members" page located in the navigation side-bar. Click the "Directory Edit" button at the bottom of the Members page to enter your listing information. Click "Save" once you have finished entering your information in the form provided.
Q: I completed a training last week and have not received my password to the Members side of the website.
A: Once we receive attendance records, email verification, and contracts from your training, we are able to begin the process of uploading your information and creating your member account. The timeline of this process depends on when we receive the necessary information from our local hosts. We will then send you an email with your user name (your email address) and assigned password. Some firewalls and Spam email filters block these emails.
Please contact us at email@example.com if it has been over 30 days since your training and you have yet to receive your login information. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT APPROVE MEMBERSHIP UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED ATTENDANCE RECORDS
Q: I completed my training years ago, and used to have a membership with the website, but I can no longer access my old email address to reset my password.
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update your email and assign you a temporary password.
Q: I need to update my Directory listing
A: Login to the Members area of the website, then click the "Directory Edit" button at the bottom of the page. Click the "Save" button when you have finished filling in the form.
